How can I change my password?
It is not possible to change your password yourself. Please send an email to clubafrica@klm.com or fill in the form below. We will reset your password for you.
How can I upload a picture?
In 'my profile' go to 'Edit Profile/ Settings'. Under the header 'Your Picture' select 'Browse' and browse for an image from your computer. Please make sure to only use the extensions .jpg or .gif. Also make sure to use lower case in .jpg or .gif (your local picture document). If these letters are in capitals the upload does not work. We are currently working on solving this issue.
How can I change the data in my profile?
Go to 'my profile'. Select 'Edit Profile/Settings'. You can freely change your personal details. In case you wish to change the fields Name, FB number, Date of Birth and Gender you need to contact one of our service desk members. We would appreciate it if you could note that it has to do with 'change profile Non Editable Information'.
How can I get my company in the spotlight?
Please send your request via the contact form. If you provide the web address of your company and send us an example story (max. 750 words) we will consider your request.
